I used to tell the management at Random Craft Store that I would gladly do the interviews, because I wouldn't screw around about it. My reasoning was, and still is, that I could weed out the ones who wouldn't even bother showing up after training with those who really needed, and wanted, a job within the first ten minutes of an interview. I was never given that chance, sadly.

Just found out that our company is eliminating two positions. One won't be such a hit but the other one is kinda high up and both require taking a pay cut to move to other positions in the company. And that sucks. I really hate the direction the company is going but it's probably no different than any others.
