She was really dense; I actually posted about her a while ago, but she was asking me stuff like, "how do you press the number '9?' Was that a '9' or a '4?'" and basically berating me because the phone that she bought FROM ANOTHER STORE wasn't what she wanted. I made exactly $0 from this woman, and she was in my store for around an hour asking me questions that made me wonder whether she was mentally challenged, except for the fact that she was extremely rude aduring the entire exchange.
