That lady was crazy. If the machine locked her out the machine locked her out. The manager can't do anything about it.

The manager handled that well. I am not overly impressed with the Facebook comments though... dense as bricks if they don't get that a PIN error locked the woman out...

They are probably all the woman's friends. That was my take since they are all friends and local to the area. They are gonna boycott walmart in a small town because some woman can not punch in her pin correctly. You have had your pin 20 years my butt. I don't know anyone who has had the same pin for 20 years. Heck the longest we had a bank account was 9 years and we changed our pin 4 times? 5 times?. I think it was a ploy to get free money.

My Credit Union, when I had my old account, requested a pin change every 18 months for security. You could refuse to do so of course.

Every bank I have ever had has requested a pin change with a new card. New card every 3 years so new pin. And take into account we had to change our pin and card with the whole target fiasco. And that was just the lastest one for us. We have been part of several of the breaches. The one with Sony a few years back caught us as well. Our card was empty but still lol. When hubby does get paid we don't want someone else spending it. We spend it fast enough. Hubby is the most gullible person ever. We got a call about a payday loan in 2009. Except hubby was military. Couldn't have possibly had a payday loan even if we wanted one. He was prepared to give them our info just to get them off our back.

Or the ones who call and say you are gonna be arrested if you don't pay this bill RIGHT NOW.

I spent two years fighting bank of america because he gave out the info before I could stop him. Two years and 3k later. I switched banks.

So yeah I am gonna call total BS. She probably had her pin changed with the whole target mess same as everyone else. And didn't want to admit to being wrong. Because you know its against the law for a customer to be wrong.

Ok I'm confused, there was a PIN error yet she still got charged $649??? And at the end of the video the manager says the transaction was voided. When I worked at Awful-mart and voided a transaction, the money was usually back on the customer's card pretty quick.

I was wondering what was all that about being compensated for late fees. The customer didn't make sense. It's obvious that the manager couldn't do anything more than what she was offering to do. Some customers believe that managers can work magic when most of the time they are at the mercy of corporate, or whoever is above them in the chain.

I am thinking the transaction failed and the store refused to let her walk out with the stuff she was trying to buy. When they wouldn't let her take the stuff she demanded her money returned, and refused to accept that payment never went through in the first place.

I don't think a Wal Mart Manager would have ANY control over the actions of the bank renting space in their store, but hey, common sense right?

I'm still confused about the whole PIN error thing and yet still being charged $649. If that's the case, she needs to take it up with her bank and not walmart.

I would not have listened to that rant from the moment "Baby" first came out of her mouth. I am not BABY, you can speak respectfully to me or you can go. End of story.

Stupid woman acted as if the manager calling her "ma'am" was some kind of insult. Last I heard it was polite to call people ma'am or sir and this bitch got even more ranty. I couldn't watch the whole thing. She wouldn't even let the manager finish a sentence!
