The parents of two five-year-old girls who have similar medical conditions and use wheelchairs to get around say they were told at a Texas Six Flags park that their daughters would have to remain sitting in their wheelchairs during a live show, and couldn’t sit on their parents’ laps where they could see better. Either that, or the wheelchairs would have to be parked outside.
The parents filed a complaint, which was ignored until a local TV station intervened. At which point a park spokesman said it was a "miscommunication", but offered no apology or compensation.
The parents have a good case for a lawsuit, and I personally hope they file one as this park needs a good clue-by-four to the head!
