Someone doing an image search for a picture to use on World Cup souvenirs got the wrong guy. One commenter has pointed out another trap they ran into - just because it's on the internet doesn't mean it's free for commercial use.
I recall a story some years back (i.e. shortly after 9/11) when anti-U.S. protesters were carrying placards with pictures of Bert from Sesame Street. Seriously - they had done an image search on Osama Bin Laden, and one of the pictures they grabbed was from the satirical site "Bert is evil", which featured photoshopped pictures of Bert alongside various bad guys (including one which could easily result in an invocation of Godwin's Law). They saw a good picture of OBL, and didn't care who the other guy in the picture was.
