Five in My Team Put "On Report"!!!!!!!!

So, five of my team members got put on report for various things including not adhering to the call times, not adhering to the call script, not doing this, not doing that, doing something else.

So there was much depression about.I went into a meeting with my boss fully expecting to be put on report as I can't honestly say I've always done the right thing, wether deliberately or by accident.I escaped.

This time I escaped.Being on report means if you do it again within two weeks you can be fired.The atmosphere is not good.I hate this.

Me, too. All stuff like that does is smoke morale like Cheech and Chong's herb of choice.

The last call center I worked at, during "training" several of us sneaked out to smoke some Cheech and Chong.

Somehow we lasted.
