  • RIP Markie Post

Markie Post, famous for her role of Christine Sullivan on Night Court, passed away Saturday night at age 70. This was the end of a four-year battle with cancer.

*bangs gavel* The Court will stand in recess in her honor.

May she rest in peace. v_v

This has been rough month for fans of Night Court. Charles Robinson (Mac Robinson) passed away July 11, 2021, and now we lose Markie Post.

    They will be missed

Post was evidently in a couple of episodes of Buck Rodgers, too!

I don't remember seeing her; I was too distracted by Erin Gray...

Loved her character on Night Court, though.

“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged.
One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world.
The other, of course, involves orcs." -- John Rogers

I liked her in Night Court but I first saw her on the show Fall Guy with Lee Majors.
