  • Real Estate License

I have a question on this. I was looking into getting my real estate license in PA, but I might be moving in 6 months to CA. Would I have to re-take the test again? How would that all work?

You'd have to take all the classes over again & pass the CA test, every state has different licensing requirements & laws,so there's no sense in you taking the classes twice. Some neighboring states have reciprocal agreements,e.g. I can do business in TX or CO but not in AZ.I'm sure PA & CA don't have an agreement.

So save your money 'til you get to CA.

Good to know. I think I will do that. Thanks!
