The instructor posts an announcement that she will be out of town from x date to y date. You aren't doing well in the course, and decide to communicate with the instructor. Do you:

A) Send her an email, since she says she'll be online while away and will answer emails?
B) Try and catch her on Google Chat?
C) Call her home phone repeatedly and leave multiple messages
D) Call her home phone repeatedly and leave multiple messages AFTER your instructor called you on her cellphone, and LEFT HER CELL NUMBER ON YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE.

If Silk can prove that this student is engaging in disruptive behavior, Silk can drop her from the class. She might as well fail the course.
