    My first complaint

    Me, I manage a game store in a mall.

    Today my boss pulls me off to the side and says "I got a complaint from a customer about you the other day, she said that you told her to get out and that you were rude to her. I just want to say well done, keep up the good work".

    Did I mention that I essentially work for Gord 2.0?
    "Employees can make or break any business, so treat them with respect. Job satisfaction has little to do with money. Discover what it has to do with and make sure they get it."
