Been listening to this song for a while now. I love it!! It sounds like Sting & Katy Perry singing a duet.
It has that 80's vibe. Kind of like a lost song from the 80's that's suddenly somebody discovered & now is a HUGE hit.

Honestly I can't get into this Gotye guy, maybe because (to me) he sounds a lot like Peter Gabriel and I am not a Gabriel fan.

I really like the song, but the amount of exposure bothers me.

Like I was trying and there was one version on the radio, at dinner the dance mix was playing, and when i went clubbing the dubstep and dance mix versions played. this was all in one night. I got so annoyed.

As far as the Call Me Maybe covers and memes, I love a good chunk of those too.
