How the hell does that even work?!

I've heard of a couple of people entering competitions to win their ultimate honeymoon or ultimate wedding package by getting married in a supermarket, but a Walmart?! What, do they provide a stage and their own celebrants?

(ONe of those competitions was a couple who wound up winning a honeymoon package by having their wedding at a supermarket. The bride had her hair and makeup done in the beauty aisle, while the groom and his attendants had a ginger-beer "bucks night" and the wedding ring was a jelly one.)
