I've posted this before, in another incarnation of CS...but here goes:
My mother works at an answering service, and she gets SCs galore calling in, the way she talks.
She had a real gem one time when someone called whining that their cable box in their living room or whatever didn't work, and how were they going to watch TV?
I guess Mom told them that this was just the answering service, there was no one available right now, and couldn't they watch TV in another room?
The SC got in a snit and insisted they wanted to watch TV in whatever room and told my mother to get a life!
Right. My mother's putting up with crap to earn money for her family, and you're worried about what room you want to watch the IDIOT box in!
