My Temp folder is full of files. I've deleted quite a few of them, and I'm wondering if I should just go ahead and delete all of them. I never knowingly save anything to the Temp folder, so I should have all the relevant files elsewhere. I'm hesitant because some of them are program files. Is it safe (or usually safe) to delete them?

Yeah. Any program files in temp are usually installers, or working copies. If you're really worried, create a new folder, move everything to that instead of deleting it, and then see if everything works.

Unless you've installed a program in that folder , it's pretty safe to blow off everything in that folder.

Also, Windows will alert you and refuse to delete any temp files currently in use.
