    Corn Pudding

    Ingredients

    4 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
    4 large eggs
    1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
    3 tbsp white sugar
    1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
    2 tbsp all purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt

    Directions
    Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously spray a 8x8x2-inch glass baking dish with PAM. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour batter into dish. Bake until browned on top and set. 45-60 minutes. If it starts to over-brown, cover loosely with foil. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
