Sometimes people call back our generic call out number (the one that shows up on call ID), or dial it on accident for some reason, and don't intend to call us. They usually hear the "Thank you for calling *mycompany*" spiel, realize their mistake, and either apologize and hang up, or just hang up. Not so with this gem...
Me: Hi
SC:
*ding*
Me: Hi, thank you for calling *mycompany*
SC: (in the background) G**-D**n it!! Grandpa, what the H*** do you think....
Me: This is MySwtGhst, how can I help you?
SC: Seriously, Grandpa, you're such an @$$hole!!
*click*
I will note, as well, that this guy hung up before I got the chance to, and quickly enough that I didn't even have to mute my shocked laughter.
