I had that today, when a woman stopped by my till and mumbled something. I said, "Sorry, what was that?" She then bellowed, "WHERE'S THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK!!" as if I was stone deaf. I pointed her in the right direction, when I really wanted to throttle her; I mean, there was an almighty row going on in the background, with at least 100 people talking at once, several demon spawn screeching and mobile phones going off. I don't have super powered hearing, dammit! -.-
