  • The Wrong Way to Handle Customer Complaints

Three Taco Bell employees in Philadelphia were fired after allegedly beating up a customer and his girlfriend after he complained about waiting 45 minutes for his taco order.

    1. You should not use violence on customers no matter how sucky they are.
    2. This wasn't a sucky customer. He was a regular customer who had a legitimate complaint. I wouldn't tolerate a 45 minute wait at a sit down restaurant, much less a fast foot place like Taco Bell.
This site proves Corey Taylor right. Man really is a "four letter word."

I'm now using my Deviant Art page to post my humor.
