Also had one guy who's 3-1/2 disks wouldn't go in the drive. All the ones that came with the computer were fine but the blank disks that he'd bought wouldn't work. Turned out he'd been sticking the label partly over the metal slide

sad thing is, back on my first ship we had computer-controlled electronic test equipment... and the system STILL ran on 5.25" discs.

i personally notched some of my old ones though to utilize both sides
