  • FB and its problems ...

    One mutual acquaintance has quietly unfriended another on FB. MA2 is asking why.

    Issue is political, in case it matters.

    What should MA1 respond with ... if anything?

    Nothing, IMO.

    And you should advise both MA1 and MA2 to get off Facebook, as I'm advising you to do yourself...

      'Nothing' is what she's doing ATM, so hopefully she'll keep it that way. There's not much point in getting into the cause(s) as MA2 is not one to listen.

      As for FB ... that is quite ... creepy ...

        That's the thing. you can never completely get off Facebook. You can only disable your account but not delete it. I try to be very careful about what I put on there but they still know plenty. Totally scary shit.
        I would have a nice day, but I have other things to do.

          I've got virtually no personal stuff on there for just that reason. No photos of myself or my family; not even my birthday.

          Not even my cats, although that might change when I get a decent camera.

            I don't have a FB account. It sounds like I'm happier for it.
