I'm a widow now.

I learned yesterday evening that my husband passed away. A friend and his Mom have been staying at the house and the friend found him. I'm in Oklahoma taking care of family and will be going back tomorrow morning .

I'm in so much shock right now. I can't stop crying. I have no idea how to handle the practicalities. We just talked on Monday and he was fine. I just can't believe he's gone.
