    We had one scammer go the the customer service desk and tell the clerk "in eed to return this cake it was bad" when the clerk wanted him to had her the cake he got hesitant. finally the clerk looked over the counter ans saw that it was a cake from one of our competitors. He was advised to take the cake their but left it behind.

      ooh, I had one of those scammers last week. Now it is true that our air conditioners at the hotel I work at are having problems. Guest at check out complained that the AC kept stalling out, it was a second floor room so I asked why he didn't just open the window, and he said that he did but it was too hot outside and it didn't do anything... my resposne, "really, a cold front came through with the thunderstorm we've been having, it got down to 51 degrees last night, more than cool enough to cool a room if you open the window"... finally he admitted that he didn't try to open thw window.
