Disturbing Doctor Who implication

So, I was watching "The Name of The Doctor" again and I had a thought. They talk about how after a TARDIS dies the bigger on the inside will slowly leak out. Well, if the TARDIS has an entire universe inside of it (which is established multiple times), doesn't that mean that eventually the TARDIS will displace the entire universe?
