During the 3 years I had Mirena (just had it taken out last month) I gained 60lbs. My doctor swore up and down it couldn't be that blah blah blah. I knew better but needed the money from the study I was doing for it.
I don't weigh myself (haven't since high school when the same scale said I gained 20lbs and then lost it and 10lb more with in a week) but I can tell that clothing is getting looser since having it removed.
Just keep on doing what you're doing!
