Each month I have a different wallpaper featuring Japanese trains, courtesy of the Central Japan Railway Company.

I grabbed a bunch of images in a theme that I liked (in my case, video game images by Orioto) and used the built-in thingy in Win7 to make them change to another image every 5 mins or so ^_^

I alternate between Matt Smith TARDIS interior and an amazing blood moon.

(blood moon link kinda wonky, google images wasn't cooperating and I didn't feel like fighting with it)

Wow some great desktop theme material here. While I like all of them so far, the blood moon link has some of my favorites...my next one might be that dark angel slave one on that link.

Edit : Gah..how do you choose from those?! I saved that site..for when I get bored of the theme again lol.

Do what I did: choose NOT to choose ^_^

If you use Win7, one of the options under Desktop > (right click) > Personalize is the ability to make a custom theme. Somewhere in there is the option to just tthrow in as many images as you like, and have the system change the background for you at intervals. If you do this, you should also get a new RTC option on the Desktop that lets you skip to the next image in line.

Don't worry totally safe for work, and it is awesome.

Ooh, that's really pretty! I love it!

My desktop is a puppy. My work desktop is a mouse hanging onto a flower stem. I would post them but I don't have enough room in my attachments right now and I don't feel like cleaning them out at the moment.

Edit: Found the mousie! Unfortunately he gets too stretched when I try to make him full screen.

Bookstore: You may be able to scale the picture up somewhat in a decent image editor (theGIMP is good, and it's free), but probably not to humungous Desktop size. In any case, doing the scaling yourself will come out looking better than letting Windows do it on the fly.

You may also wish to consider gathering several images along those lines and making a "collage" wallpaper.
