    Here's another take on cindy's post.

    In the Prager video, the "Customer is Always Right" can't be invoked since the lady made clear at the end she wasn't buying anything, therefore she's not a customer.

        I've always amended that phrase to include "within reason" Want an ingredient omitted from your food when you order? That's fine and the customer should be entitled to that. It's when the requests start to cost the company money that I have problems with.
        To right the countless wrongs of our days... We shine this light of true redemption, that this place may become as paradise...Oh, what a wonderful world such would be...
