Tallest Man In America Needs Shoes

This guy, Igor is the tallest guy in America and is 7'8". He only has one pair and that pair is worn out...little to no support and barely any traction on the soles. With his size, it's extremely hard to find and/or get shoes made in his size that aren't costly.
