So I work for a call center who has many projects. One being setting up directv installs for a naval base in california. Today I got a call gave the usual greeting
"Thank you for call ABC Communications. My name is insert name here. How can I help you today?"
The customer on the other end answered back that she had an invoice on an item she ordered and asked how she can return it because it's the wrong item. She said she ordered something and the wrong thing came and she want's to send it back. I asked ( confused at this point cause we can't return equipment) what product she was talking about. I got a mumbled answer and she said she ordered something with double in the title but instead got Labido Maxx and wanted to return it. I explained I can't help her with that and that we don't in anyway deal with that product. She said she called the number on the invoice and they told her that business is next door call them and then they gave her our number. I explained what we do for the naval base and that we don't deal with that product at all. She insisted and I explained again. She then hung up.
