  • In pain

Three days ago, my shoulder started to give me some issues at work. I thought it was normal aches and pains, so I simply shrugged it off. This morning, I woke up and my shoulder feels as though it's separating. I can't raise my arm in front of me too high and I seem to not be able to lift anything too heavy.
I'm icing it now and have taken some ibuprofen. I can't see a doctor, can't go to the ER or call into work.
    I hope this ends soon.
I have a...thing. Wanna see it?

Can you go to a doc in the box place?

Ouch that stinks. Have you seen if there is any clinics in the area? Most offer free health care. ER is also an option, and most will accept any kind of payment options. Hope you get better soon.

You may end up with a bill you can't pay, but by law they have to treat you. Urgent Care would be cheaper than ER.

Your shoulder started giving you issues at work. That means it's probably a workman's comp issue and should go through your work, with them covering the bills. Keep records, keep on top of it, and don't let any more time pass before dealing with it lest it be something that can get worse to the point of being more difficult to fix.

If you're lucky, it'll just be a pinched nerve brought on by tension, and a few muscle relaxers and pain pills will have you right as rain (I have an issue like this), but if you've got cartilage damage, that's something that needs to be dealt with as soon as you can before it turns into worse.
