It's a roughly 7 hour drive from Orlando to Key West.

And around 12 from 'horn to horn' - Pensacola to KW.

I'm guesstimating on the time. I know it takes about four hours to get from the doorstep of my parents' house to Disney World, and it takes about three hours to get from my parents' doorstep to Key West. Given that one of the reasonable routes from Orlando to Key West would take you within 1/4 mile of my parents' house, I figured adding the two together was a reasonable estimate.
