In the late 90s, I was doing tech support for a regional ISP.

I overheard a coworker say "I shit you not" on a call.

So did his manager. They immediately pulled the tapes and found the customer kept saying "No shit? I can do all this? No shit? Really?" etc etc etc.

The coworker never got in any trouble for it. Too bad that company went to shit shortly afterwards...
