First time I've ever done it in six years at this company, my previous high score being an 89%. I must be doing something right.

And I just got a second one at 98.2%

I had this lady rolling and laughing by the time I was done.

Normally, we don't know who these people are, but she said some things in the description that clued my manager in afterwards.

So far, the past six mystery shops in my store all went to the same snappy, sarcastic, yet lovable retired old'ish man. He gets a perfect score every time. He only gets them because he stays in his department for any number of reasons, and most people tend to wander past him. Then it's off to the russian roulette of cashiers for their check-out.
