A crew from one of the BBC networks was in my city yesterday for our annual Space Junk Festival (not its real name), to shoot footage for one of its shows.

This was all in the local paper, but I threw the issue out and its website makes you pay for access to back issues.

Yes, my city has a festival to commemorate pieces and parts of the Soviet Sputnik spacecraft falling to Earth in the middle of one of our streets. You too can see the people I deal with on a daily basis.
