  • Bad Customer Service

This guy annoyed me. I've had worse but his impatience made me want to punch him. I was only one open because heaven forbid my co worker go to her ten min break. It wasn't even busy.

Some guy in my window was changing out 1300 in 20's to 100's and so he was taking his time lying them out and counting them. I was watching the guy behind him who was pacing around and getting huffy and running to close windows and muttering how he couldn't believe nobody else was open.

My manager was over in the corner with IT working on a computer so they were busy and it wasn't like it was an emergency I don't panic if there's more than one person in line.

So I took my time with 1300 dollar guy cuz he was nice and I was trying to piss off the guy behind him. The SC behind my guy was running around all crazy and I swear he wasn't even in line longer than two mins.

So 1300 dollar guy left and here comes stupid huffy sc.

SC: This is BAD customer service!

    Me: Excuse me?

SC: Yeah ONE cashier, how ridiculous is that?! I just wanted some change but I had to wait forever!

    Me:.....

SC: Well what are they doing? (points to the IT guy and the manager)

Me: Fixing a computer. They're busy... Can I help you with something?

He is glaring and being all huffy and I was in no mood.

SC: Such bad customer service! Of course I don't blame you! (said in that sarcastic condesending tone)

I wanted to be like: dude you waited like a second, calm the fuck down.

SC: I just want some fives!

Then he could've taken his happy ass to the Kiosk machine and STFU.

I just rolled my eyes (in my head) paid him and couldn't believe how impatient he was. Really dude?

Yet another one who thinks "bad customer service" = "employee won't ignore all other customers and help me and only me."

You couldn't roll your eyes, so I'll do it for you:
I don't have an attitude problem. You have a perception problem.

If that's the worst "problem" he had all day, he was damn lucky.

I heard he got a bit held up at the hospital when someone tried to pull the stick out of his ass. Long story, lots of injuries. Hilarious to onlookers though.
"That's too bad. Hospitals aren't fun to fight through."
"What IS fun to fight through?"
"Gardens. Electronics shops. Antique stores, but only if they're classy."

I'll be glad to trade lives with him any day . . . if he had MY life, even for a single week, he'd run to the nearest psych facility and hide from the world!!

Dude has no idea of "perspective" whatsoever.

Hopefully he wasn't "damn lucky." We don't want the OP's casino to have to pay out to him in big amounts, after all.
