Marathon Man
On Sunday night, a customer that one of the produce employees referred to as Marathon Man came in around closing to do his shopping quickly. The dairy manager went around the store letting customers know we were closing and they needed to go up front to get checked out.
The produce employee rang up Marathon Man who mentioned that the dairy manager was a jerk. Marathon Man mentioned that he was limping.
The produce employee suggested to Marathon Man that he take some pain medication. Marathon Man mentioned that he couldn't take pain medication because then he couldn't drink beer.
On the way out, Marathon Man had the dairy manager open the door all the way so he could get out. Luckily, we didn't have any more customers come in.
