I remember a poster a few years ago, had a thread that his employer was paying for him to become a cheese master of some kind.

I forget the word you use, but it was like a sommelier but for cheese instead.

Does anyone remember what I'm talking about, or which board member that was? I just wanted an update to see how that went.
