Sneaky way to do business, but beneficial for regulars I supposed

The "other" coffee chain, the green one, does the same thing. I will admit, it took me a while to figure it all out, that their program is a either gift card you register, put money on, or you "sign up" for a card, add money to it, use it to pay, and earn perks. But i think it was that it wasn't quite clearly spelled out on their website.

Vs. a reward card, like Panera has, where by simply showing it every time you buy something, you get free stuff every now and then. or some other reward card where you get points for spenindg money, regardless of HOW you pay.

I think that must be why some people fail them.

Now...Customer Services...this thread promised perks of DD's.They have not appeared.This is inaccurate and under the Trade Description Act I want one of genuine authentic quality or my money back ...Or I'll SUE!
