Pretty much exactly what the link says... it's all about ADD (and ADHD).
Unlike some other ADD sites it has a relatively simple organization - so you aren't overwhelmed by wall-to-wall (boring) text or so many links that you don't know where to start.
And it's hosted by people who have ADD/ADHD themselves, so... they pretty much know what others are going through. (and the ADϟHD shirts they wear sometimes - instead of ACϟDC - are kinda cute)
