I need help finding a law, because my people are stupid.
In the state of Georgia, in the city of Kennesaw, what law covers pawn shops? Specifically, what covers how fucked you are if you (as purchaser) buy gold using someone else's id?
One of my people bought gold yesterday, and the seller (for whatever reason) did not provide a government issued ID, so T used the ID of a neighboring kiosk employee, who did not know the seller from Adam.
