I've written about this guy before. I first ran into him just over a year ago. I've run into many SCs in my time but this guy is one of the most horrible, racist, abusive, awful people I've ever dealt with.
A short list of his offenses:
- Swearing/Foul language on almost every call
- Hurling racial slurs at any foreign employee he talks to
- Hurling insults at any woman he talks to
- Refusing to talk to anyone who isn't American
- Refusing to verify his acct even for employees who ARE American
- Demanding a Supervisor almost every call
- Demanding the CEO almost every time he calls
- Demanding a free phone on almost every call
- Demanding free shipping on everything he buys
- Demanding credits monthly
The guys account notes really are impressive. For over two years just nothing but notes about abusive calls, unfair demands and general all around suckiness.
Well he finally got too sucky for us to want to bother with any more.
Two weeks ago the we finally "Fired" his ass by way of cancelling his account and sending him a nice letter saying basically: "Enjoy our competition, don't let your ass hit you..."
Or, more appropriately: YOU GET NOTHING! YOU LOSE! GOOD DAY SIR!
Good freaking riddance I say. My only regret is that now he'll no doubt move on to Fast Run or Death Star and harass them. I wonder what would happen if he got himself banned from every carrier?
Oh well, at least he's someone else's problem now. Let the party begin!
