    Sarcasm dear, sarcasm. I’m well aware that dealing with civilians in any capacity will skin your faith in humanity alive, then pickle anything that remains so as to watch it shrivel up into an immortal husk thus reminding you of how dead inside you now are.

        • ^ That was me a couple of weeks ago but at this point I have more than I can handle. I kind of wish I didn't have voicemail....

                • We got a report about more missing posts; we'll see what we can figure out.

                  The (newly)-empty posts appear to literally have nothing in them at all; not even a bad URL o_O

                        Looking at one example; the code to load the image isn't missing in the page script:

                        Code:
                        <img src="https://scontent.fwbw1-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/35815024_1728713570547485_2453747917517750272_n.jpg?_nc_cat=0&amp;oh=148811fb0a1e1763f2f07007e698cb3e&amp;oe=5BBB7EA1" border="0" alt="" />
                        It's just not showing a "broken image" icon, which may be something in your CSS somewhere. The border="0" might be causing that.

                        • Thanks!

                          Hmm. fbcdn is FaceBook's image server. It could be that images over a certain vintage could be getting archived or otherwise moved...? Could also be that their algorithm doesn't like hotlinks.

                          So...temp solution, at least, all: Please either a) Upload your images directly to here as an attachment, or b) Upload to imgur.com and link to that. Please use [ WIMG ] and [ /WIMG ] tags (remove the spaces) for anything over about 600px wide (instead of IMG and/IMG)

                          addendum: TEST your post when using manual tags. When editing user posts to put them into wide mode (WIMG), I often have to go into Advanced mode, make the fixes, preview the image, remove the redundant IMG tags that sometimes crop up, then preview and Save again before it'll work.
