Yes - I've been delving into various different philosophies, thinking deeply about what I really want out of life, thinking about the different patterns that recurred and why, etc. It's some really deep soul-searching. No wonder there was so much upheaval. I think it did take all the devastation in my personal and professional lives to make me see what was really going on, and what was most important to me. I'm still working on finding better financial footing, but at least now, I'm able to see and appreciate more of what I have in the here and now.
