The spot under my username on a post, where it is supposed to say my job title (I presume), mine says "bagger" which I am not. How do I change that?

The 'bagger' designation goes up through the retail chain as you get more post count. However, you can set your own title under your CP (control panel). Comes under 'Edit your details'.

Speaking of which, when does mine get to change? I know monst of my posts are in Off Topic, which don't count, but shouldn't consistancy count for something?

Bella, how about resetting your title? Around the time we first got custom title options and before I came up with mine I reset my title when I noticed that some of the titles weren't moving up when they got to those certain points.
My user title was "cashier" when we first got custom title options. I reset it a post or 2 before it reached 100 and it advanced to "front end supervisor".
