  • The Queen of Sucky Customers **UPDATE**

Remember the The Queen of Sucky Customers? The miserable piece of work who got off on trashing the company, the products, and the employees for years?

Guess what?? Her account has been closed!!!

A letter has been sent to her explaining why her account was closed and there are notes on her account saying that she can no longer place orders through the call center, online or anywhere else. She is history.

Through the years she placed 560 orders of our "low quality products" through our "low quality employees" and canceled or returned 543 of them. That's a cancel/return rate of 97%.

Now she'll have to find another "low quality" company to bully.

    Buh-bye.

WOW. I've fired shops for less.

Sarcasm dear, sarcasm. I’m well aware that dealing with civilians in any capacity will skin your faith in humanity alive, then pickle anything that remains so as to watch it shrivel up into an immortal husk thus reminding you of how dead inside you now are.

Her account should have been closed 535 orders ago.

Not all of them were returns. About half of them were cancels. Still, both added up to 97% cancel/return. *eyeroll*

That's still about 250 returns. Some people have way too much time on their hands.

The only reason she didn't cancel/return the other 17? She forgot to.

                    Bet

She will show up to complain about being banned.

How dare you do something like that, she is sure it is against the law too.

PS. My mom was also a catalog shopper with a high rate of return. However most of the time she just openned the box and found the colour was not what she thought the catalog showed. So often she did not break the plastic wrap of the returned items which must have made the shops life easier. She did not complain and abuse the phone staff.

And more important she still bought lots and lots of things. I am sure the stores made lots of money off my mom since she kept about $500-$1000 of items PER MONTH!

I really hope not. She lives several states away.

I’m sure she did more than a bit of complaining after finding out her account had been closed, not that it did her any good....

It nice to see the company stand up to her and say they don’t want her business. Better late than never.

If she were to try to sue over this, she'll quickly alienate her lawyer and her case will be in referral hell 'til the statue of limitations runs out.

Personally, I'm curious what the letter said.
