  • Be careful with de-icing washer fluid!

    Quick little PSA for those in colder climates.

    I've just found out the hard way that the orange windshield washer fluid with de-icing chemicals in it will dissolve the carpeting in your trunk if it leaks out of the bottle.

          You should see what the stuff they only sell in Alaska does...it's good for -60 and is STRONG.

                Yeah, you don't shut your vehicle down unless you are staying somewhere for hours, and then you plug it in. Block heater, battery, oil, and tranny heating pads...and this is the Fairbanks/Delta Junction area so it's not in the middle of nowhere even
