I went with one that makes the cartridges (nicotine, glycerol, and favors) here in the states in an FDA monitored facility.
Name? (If you don't mind.)

How does that work anyway? With an E-Cigg, you're STILL smoking so just how exactly does it make u quit? I'm curious.
I've done the e-cig thing before. It's NOT smoking it's vaping. There is no heat and nothing is on fire. But it does give you the actions of smoking which help a lot.

It sounds like it's Blu. It's what my bf and I use (I don't smoke... er.. well I never smoked a real cigarette, I just use the blus when I need a stimulant boost - 'cos I hate coffee - surprisingly not addicted.)

Yeah, he almost threw the battery out the window, luckily he had it closed and the battery tinked off the glass.

Yeah - its the Blu brand. The online reviews are mixed, with some people being absolutely rabid against them. But on the moderate side, some of the people that stated they later went with a different brand had positive thing to say for Blu as a way to initially get off regular cigarettes. And of course, there's always the fans.

Frankly, the convenience was what got me. I was down to the last pack of smokes, and realized that I could get the starter kit at the local drug store and a pack of cartridges for just about 10 bucks more than a new carton of cigarettes. Plus, finding the cartridges locally is easy so I don't have to worry about ordering online and hoping they get here before I run out.

Still have some of the last pack left - and I was up to a pack/pack and half a day.

Ooh I'm jealous Lyse, I have to import my nicotine and hardware. No popping off down to the shop to refill my stash I have to buy and import in 3 month bulk lots.
I've been vaping and mixing my liquids for a year and a half now, welcome to the club of more $$ in the back pocket and happier lungs!!!

I have a coworker that switched to a Blu ecig. He loves it. And another coworker's bf went from 2 packs a day to quitting with an ecig.
I'm just glad I didn't enjoy smoking enough to smoke longer then a month.

Finished the last of my pack in Monday evening, and I'm still amazed at easy it's been and waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Still can't tell of I'm actually using less nicotine because I can just take a few pulls whenever I have the need (outside of class or the train ), so I'm sure that I'm using to more often, but for less time than a regular smoke.

If you're thinking about it, they have a disposable, non-recharging one at most Walgreens. You could see if it would work for you without dropping the whole starter kit costs.

Side note, remember the other benefits to using e-ciggs.

You're only getting the nicotine (well okay, and water vapor/other harmless stuff) which is an addictive stimulant.

You aren't getting the 300+ chemicals that are created when you burn tabacco. So already you're doing a huge benefit to your body even if you are "smoking" roughly the same amount.
