What the heck did I ever do to you buddy?

Quick but odd one. My wife and I had dinner at one of the local Casinos last week. Just after I stepped on to the elevator to head up to the parking garage on the way out another man started coming towards it.

We are currently on the second level of the Casino. The main part of the Casino is on the first floor, so it's pretty common for folks to go down on these elevators (as opposed to up to the parking garage).

Anyway the guy comes up to me and I (not knowing where he was needing to go) simply say to him: "this one is going up."

His reply: F**k off. (walk away)



Ummm, ok then. I still don't have a clue what he was so upset about.
