My sister had a sleep attack today

Full face plant at work. Fortunately it was before open, and my brother works for the same company and came to take over her shift.

She suffers from narcolepsy and had been trying to change her sleep schedule.

First one in 8 years, so change of sleep cycle was a bad idea.

Ack, narcolepsy sucks! I guess that sleep cycle change is off the table for now.

My ex was recently diagnosed with a mild form of narcolepsy. I'm not entirely clear on her situation, but it does explain certain things about her. I wish we'd known about it while we were together; I could've done more to help her then.
