I watched the first episode. I think this is a great idea and that if more company CEOs, Presidents and the like did it, they would get a real feel for the best way to run a company. Granted, some of the issues were policies taken out-of-context by the managers working under them, but is also a good way for them to get their companies back on track and to remember that they are only as good as the people working for them!
The next episode is the CEO of Hooters working undercover at one of his locations, airing Sun, the 14th, 8/9PM.
