They'd probably freak at the fact that I'll watch my favourite DVDs maybe 3 times in a row, then a couple more times the next day

If I like a movie, I will watch it constantly, until I have the whole damn thing memorized, line by line, and then, I go to IMDB to find out the inside stuff that I missed (say, this character in the background was originally supposed to be the main character, but they wrote him out)
For movies where I'm trying to learn the music, I have watched with subtitles on to get the actual lyrics as I watch. And then, I watch again, and again, and againandagainandagain until your eyes melt.
